About SLEEK cleans
Hi, I'm Van.
I started SLEEK cleans because I wanted to build a business that felt personal, honest, and built around people.
From the beginning, I knew I didn't want this to be "just another cleaning company." I wanted to create a service that clients could genuinely rely on, where communication matters, people are respected, and the quality of work comes from actually caring about the job and the people behind it.
A big part of that mindset comes from my interest in mental health awareness and the importance of checking in on people. The work of R U OK? is something I really admire, and one of my long-term goals is to become more involved with the organisation as the business grows.
As SLEEK continues to grow, I also want it to grow with purpose. One of the ideas we're working toward is giving clients the option to add an extra 5% onto their invoice as a donation to R U OK?, which we'll personally match ourselves. I'd also love to offer free mental health check-in talks for workplaces we partner with throughout the year, because I believe strong communication and simply checking in on people can make a real difference.
At the end of the day, I want SLEEK cleans to be known for more than just good results. I want it to be known for reliability, genuine relationships, and doing business the right way.

Most cleaning businesses still run on phone calls and good intentions. We wanted something better for our clients, so we built it. Our in-house app gives you real-time visibility over every clean: photo-verified tasks, instant issue reporting, and detailed reports after every visit.
It's not about replacing the human side of what we do. It's about backing it up with the kind of transparency you'd want from any service you trust. So you always know exactly what's happening at your space.
